Our courses are fully accredited, and the LSA Diploma is an internationally-recognised qualification. We pride ourselves on looking after our students like no other school. Here's some feedback:
- "It feels as though students matter here as people, not just as numbers to fill courses. I was impressed by how much the tutors were willing to give."
- "The LSA Certificate Course has been my favourite astrology course by far ... I buffed-up existing skills and knowledge, and learned lots new, and I enjoyed myself enormously in the friendly, fun-filled atmosphere."
- "I am impressed with how the LSA manages to balance its competence of teaching with great humour, and an easy-to-be-in, relaxed and friendly atmosphere that feels so supportive."
2019-20 New Classes (at Friends House, 173 Euston Road, London NW1 2BJ)
The London School of Astrology offers a Foundation Course for beginners in central London. This begins on 22 October 2019 on Tuesday evenings for eight weeks (plus one Saturday seminar: 14 December).
We now have an additional Saturday option for our Foundation Course of 4 fortnightly seminars per term for beginners (starting Saturday 2 November at Friends House).
Those with more experience may be interested in our Diploma Course (Year 2), which is held on 8 weeknights plus one Saturday seminar a term: Wednesdays from 23 Oct 2019 (plus all day seminar on Saturday 9 November).
Those continuing with the Diploma Course (Year 3: our Apprenticeship Programme) will take place over 8 weeknights plus one Saturday seminar a term: Thursdays from 24 October 2019 (plus all day seminar on Saturday 9 November).
Please note: All weeknight classes and Saturday seminars are held at the regular venue of Friends House, 173 Euston Road (unless noted). See our Venue page for a map. The Saturday Beginners' Course takes place at Friends House, too.
We also offer a range of other events. From time to time, the LSA schedules extra-curricular courses in specialist areas of astrology and also in other arcane or divinatory subjects such as Palmistry (Modern Hand Analysis), Tarot, and Graphology (Handwriting).
LSA students are also encouraged to work on their own charts and whatever is going on in the news will often be explored from the astrological perspective. We believe that astrology should be immediately relevant and 'now' based and that learning it should be fun.
Our courses are open to all regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, or disability. No previous knowledge of astrology is required for our Foundation courses. For the Diploma course we welcome applications from all students of astrology providing they can show they have reached a level of understanding which would enable them to benefit from the course.
There are complete details about all the courses on this website.
